How readiness gets built.
90 days. Seven minutes a day. Four neural systems sequenced in the order your physiology actually responds to. No streaks for streaks' sake — every session is doing something specific to your operating system.
Baseline Readiness Assessment
A 12-minute self-guided baseline — reaction time, attention, regulation, sleep, sustained focus. Marks the starting line so progress is measurable, not a vibe. Calibrates your protocol immediately. No clinician required.
Thorough Clinical Assessment
An optional deeper layer for operators, units, and clinicians who need a full picture. Includes structured video recording of vestibular, ocular, and motor screens plus licensed clinician review. Returns a written interpretation, flagged risk areas, and protocol recommendations. Add-on for individuals; standard for department and agency rollouts.
7-Minute Readiness Protocol
Every day, one mission. Sequenced from baseline activation through high-load executive control. Done before the shift, the brief, or the call.
Mission Map · 90 Days
Three 30-day blocks. The system progressively loads stress-inoculation, decision drills, and recovery practice. You see the entire map. You always know where you are.
Restore — Unlocks Day 7
After 7 consecutive training days, the deeper Restore protocol unlocks. Self-guided bilateral stimulation for end-of-watch decompression and nervous-system recovery.
Four systems.
One sequence.
Spatial calibration
Head-eye coordination wakes the brainstem; balance and spatial awareness sharpen within 90 seconds.
Visual precision
Saccade and pursuit drills retrain attentional precision and quicken visual reaction time.
Arousal regulation
HRV-targeted breathwork downshifts the autonomic system between high-load events.
Decision quality
Switching, inhibition, and working-memory drills sharpen decisions under chaotic load.
