// How It Works

Six pillars. One platform.

My NeuroService is built around six pillars that work together — Daily Renewal, Restore, Mission Support, Service Buddies, Family Support, and Privacy. Each one does a specific job. Together they help you stay consistent, supported, and connected.

P-01
Pillar 01 · Daily Renewal

A short daily brain-based routine

A simple daily routine designed to support focus, calm, consistency, and resilience. Built to be returned to every day — short enough to actually do, structured enough to make a difference.

P-02
Pillar 02 · Restore

Change the response — without retelling the story

Guided sessions for moments, memories, or body responses that still feel charged. You do not need to explain what happened. Restore guides the brain and body through a process intended to change the automatic response.

P-03
Pillar 03 · Mission Support

Practical tools for real life

Readiness check-ins, Decompression Mode, Night Watch sleep support, Post-Service Transition guidance, the weekly Mission Builder, and a private Resource Locker — all in one hub.

P-04
Pillar 04 · Service Buddies

Private encouragement and accountability

Invite up to five trusted people — a spouse, fellow veteran, best friend, chaplain, coach, or service peer. You choose what each one sees. They never see assessments, journal entries, or Restore details.

P-05
Pillar 05 · Family Support

Guidance for the people who love you

Practical, non-clinical guidance for spouses and trusted supporters on how to encourage consistency without pushing, interrogating, or trying to fix the person they love.

P-06
Pillar 06 · Private by Design

Built around your privacy

No public feed. No group chat. No public discovery. No requirement to describe trauma. You control what supporters see. Sensitive information stays with you.

// The Mission Reset Loop

Five steps. Repeated daily.

My Neuro Service is built around a simple repeatable loop. Each step helps users notice where they are, activate the brain and body, regulate the automatic response, track progress, and adapt the next step.

1

Check In

Notice today's state — focus, stress, energy, sleep, mood, body tension, and readiness.

2

Activate

Use short brain-body routines that combine movement, rhythm, attention, breathing, and coordination.

3

Regulate

Practice calming the body's automatic response through Restore Sessions, rhythm, and guided reset tools.

4

Track

Build awareness over time through self-rated progress, daily completion, and consistency.

5

Adapt

Adjust the next step based on what the user needs today — not what worked yesterday, last month, or before the mission changed.

The goal is not perfection. The goal is a repeatable rhythm that helps the user stay connected, steady, and supported.

// FAQ

Common questions

Plain answers about what My Neuro Service is — and what it is not. Built for the service community, private by design, wellness-focused.

01Is My Neuro Service therapy?+

No. My Neuro Service is a wellness, education, and resilience-support platform. It is not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, or emergency support.

02Do I have to talk about what happened?+

No. My Neuro Service does not require users to retell painful events or disclose personal details. Restore Sessions focus on the body's current automatic response, not on explaining the full story.

03What is bilateral rhythm?+

Bilateral rhythm means a simple left-right pattern. It gives the brain and body a structured rhythm to follow and may help users stay present while practicing regulation.

04Who is this for?+

My Neuro Service is built for veterans, active-duty service members, police, firefighters, EMS, dispatchers, corrections officers, first responders, spouses, families, and support partners.

05Can a spouse or family member help?+

Yes. Service Buddies can encourage consistency, celebrate small wins, and support the user without forcing conversation or disclosure.

06What if I am in crisis?+

My Neuro Service is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, contact the Veterans Crisis Line, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
